At Ark Home Healthcare, we believe in doing things a little differently. That's why we launched a dedicated Employee App to help engage with our care teams across the UK.

Earlier this year, Ark launched a brand new Employee App to allow us to talk to staff members dispersed across the UK in various branches. The App connects people and is an interactive tool to get everyone talking. 

On the App, we share everything from compliments of the day to healthy living tips, it really is our primary tool to communicate across our business. Our staff can have conversations in their individual branch networks and can even make suggestions of things Ark can do to become an even better business.

We want to make sure our employees have a forum to communicate with one another and tell us how they feel. This is just one of the ways we are working to increase our employee engagement.
